Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to provide essential administrative support within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting with daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Duties

  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Raising and closing jobs on our FM Package
  • Raising POs to Supply Chain
  • Updating notes on job progress in a live environment
  • Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients
  • Full training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work within a team structure
  • Experience in a helpdesk role
  • Good telephone manner & understanding of customer care
  • Experience of CAFM systems would be an advantage
