Senior Solution Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead enterprise-scale NetSuite implementations, working closely with clients to design, strategize, and execute tailored ERP/CRM solutions. You will play a key role in pre-sales, solution architecture, and technical leadership, ensuring successful project delivery.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, provide innovative solutions, and demonstrate how technology can drive growth. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and product development to address challenges, enhance performance, and shape the future of our solutions.

The Commitment

• Engage, own, deliver and present bespoke demos to prospects, partners, customers, SF reps and internal stakeholders.
• Create assets and possibility to improve demos aligned to industry verticals, adopt and master AskCipher AI execution layer in demos
• Contribute to strengthening Appficiency's Salesforce practice by refining service offerings, establishing architectural standards, and developing reusable frameworks, accelerators, and implementation tools
• Develop and be able to demo multiple tech platforms within 1 year of start
• Translate client strategy and business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions that maximize the value of the Salesforce, and align with Appficiency's delivery methodology.
• Have a solid understanding of at least 3 of the Salesforce Clouds especially Education Cloud and be able to compare to other competitive technologies. Use the features of the various clouds to craft written solutions and diagrams that can be used by delivery to clearly develop final go-live solutions.
• Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, promoting multi-cloud best practices, governance standards, and architectural excellence across all engagements.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce product innovations, releases, and ecosystem advancements; proactively assess their business impact and incorporate relevant capabilities into client solutions and internal best practices

• 8+ years in ERP/CRM solution architecture, consulting, and Salesforce/NetSuite implementations.
• Strong expertise in SuiteCloud development, integrations, and advanced financials.
• Proven leadership in large-scale, complex SaaS implementations across industries like construction, manufacturing, and professional services.
• Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications, including system integrations and automation.
• Excellent pre-sales, client advisory, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing technical depth with business strategy.
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Solution Architect) preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and business process optimization.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive continuous innovation.
