Job description

As a Software Developer within our Biometrics Team, you will drive the evolution of our product suite by maintaining and developing cutting-edge software tools., * Develop and support maintenance on the codebase for the Biometric products

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and validation of new algorithms to ensure our product accuracy continues to be industry leading, through development of current knowledge and willingness to undertake research
  • Investigate and resolve underlying issues based on testing
  • Develop and improve upon current software tools to evaluate performance of biometric products
  • Ensure that code added to the pipeline/common Git repositories is of the required standard and is well documented/commented so that it is easy to maintain and extend
  • Work closely with Software Development team to ensure delivery of targets
  • Contribute to improvements to the face analysis algorithms, including but not limited to:
  • Optimisatin of current pipeline
  • Research and develpment of novel techniques
  • Implementatin and testing of new techniques

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of a prototyping language such as Python
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, including C++ and C
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design
  • Manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
