Job description

We are looking for a Survey Data Administrator to join our office team to assist with processing of data received from our on-site surveys. The successful candidate will also need to assist with the preparation of job packs and the creation of software tools to be issued to our on-site staff., * To assist with the processing and analysis of survey data and photos produced by field staff.

  • To assist with the preparation of PDF Maps and software tools for field staff.
  • To assist with issuing work to field staff
  • To communicate with other staff and clients by email and telephone
  • To follow all company policies linked to this role.
  • To perform miscellaneous housekeeping duties as required
  • To undertake any training that would be required for the role

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Experience working within a professional office environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Preferable Criteria:

  • Degree-Educated (ideally in a technical or business-related subject).
  • Experience of working within a team of people.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience of using GIS software.

Benefits & conditions

  • Remuneration - £28,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
  • Hours of work - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday unless agreed otherwise.
  • Holidays - 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
