Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a talented Front End Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience to join our new UK team. You will be responsible for building sleek, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces to enable real-time control and monitoring of robotic swarms and sensor systems. Your work will directly contribute to the usability and efficiency of our cutting-edge robotics solutions.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, develop, and optimize frontend applications for controlling and visualizing robotic swarms and sensor data.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Build intuitive, performant, and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React or comparable web component frameworks.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through clean coding practices and code reviews.

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and web component frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern web development tools, concepts, and practices.
• Basic knowledge of backend systems and API integration.
• Experience with custom web-based rendering engines
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-friendly applications

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with robotics, sensor data visualization, or real-time control systems.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and frontend build tools.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or similar.
• Understanding of testing frameworks and tools for front-end development.
