This role requires a strong focus on creating scalable front-end solutions while adhering to accessibility standards and best practises. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable front-end solutions using React.
• Champion best practises in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Implement standards aligned with the (url removed) Design System.
• Collaborate with backend teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.

Extensive experience with React and modern JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience working within UK Government or public sector environments (essential).
• Experience with the (url removed) Design System.
