They work closely with business, technology, and operations leaders to turn strategic goals into clear priorities, scalable operating models, and actionable change. This process clarifies key objectives, encourages aligned responsibility, and builds momentum to reach measurable results and lasting adoption., As a Strategy & Change Business Analyst you will support the delivery of CXD initiatives by transforming strategic intent into clear, actionable requirements. The role partners across business, technology, and operations to frame problems, analyze processes and data, define scope and outcomes, and produce high-quality artifacts that enable effective change and scalable operating models. By identifying impacts, dependencies, and risks-and by supporting governance and decision-making-the Business Analyst helps ensure clarity, alignment, and execution readiness that drive measurable outcomes and long-term adoption., * Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to clarify problem statements, define scope, and translate strategic intent into clear, outcome-focused business requirements
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, supporting the development of scalable, well-designed solutions
- Produce and maintain high-quality deliverables, including process maps, functional requirements, user stories, and impact assessments, to enable effective solution design and delivery
- Identify downstream impacts, interdependencies, and risks across teams and regions, escalating issues where alignment or clarity is required
- Conduct targeted analysis and prepare concise insights, summaries, and materials to support prioritization, decision-making, and governance forums
- Support program execution by tracking requirements, readiness, and actions, ensuring initiatives meet agreed standards while collaborating effectively across a multi-office, global environment
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in a Business Analyst, change, or analytical role, ideally within financial services or a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze processes or data, and synthesize clear, logical insights
- Proven experience capturing business requirements and producing high-quality artefacts such as process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and impact assessments
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across business and technology to support alignment, decision-making, and execution
- Familiarity with common BA and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Miro, Jira/Azure DevOps), with a strong willingness to learn, develop, and apply new technologies, including AI/GenAI, to drive business value
- Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute proactively within a global team, and support disciplined delivery against agreed standards
