Network Engineer

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and deploy tailored network solutions.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
• Utilise a combination of hardware and software tools to support operational and business goals.
• Work closely with external partners, including the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and UK Government clients, to align solutions with strategic objectives.

• You must have CISCO MOD Networks experience especially around CISCO switches, routing and implementation.
• CCNA qualified or equivalent - apprentice
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

NexGen Associates are currently working with an established IT Consultancy client who work within the Government and Defence verticals. They are now looking to take on an Junior Network Engineer with CISCO networks experience to join their team, where you will collaborate with technical architects to design, implement and optimise network infrastructure across diverse client environments.
