Job description

As a Data Administrator, you will support the Performance Team helping to drive exceptional performance levels across the business. You will utilise a range of tools available, including PowerBI and Excel, to ensure data is accurately collected and collated allowing the team to report daily, weekly and monthly on contract and company performance.

Working with the Performance team, this role will review the capture and collection of data with a view to proactively drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone to:

  • Ensure return of all mains test certs, service cards and Vynn submissions and other MOD plus forms
  • Manage close out of snagging issues post As Laid submission
  • Support the team with administrative duties to help performance improvement; ensuring processes and reports continually monitor the contract performance across a range of metrics.
  • Compile monthly press release information on behalf of the customer.
  • Collect and collate the performance data with a view to identifying trends and areas that need to be targeted for improvement, including performance of the contracts for all key workstreams.
  • Create reports for the leadership team, these report the performance of the contract against the agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Use of performance reporting and analysis tools, such as PowerBI and Excel, is essential
  • Highly computer literate - able to write Macro's/Pivot tables/reports as required
  • Familiar with presentation techniques to show trends and findings
  • Be willing to learn and be upskilled in the roles/functions within the Team with a view to being multiskilled in all aspects of the Team's roles/functions to ensure that the Team can provide cover for each other during holiday periods etc
