Key Responsibilities - Infrastructure & Platform EngineeringDesign, build, and maintain infrastructure and platform systems across compute, networking, and orchestration layers.Work with and improve OpenStack-based infrastructure environments.Manage and enhance Kubernetes platforms in relation to underlying infrastructure.- Security & AccessContribute to authentication, authorisation, and service identity systems.Support secure access patterns including OIDC and access control mechanisms.- Observability & ReliabilityImplement and maintain observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability across platform layers.- Architecture & PerformanceAnalyse system

performance and optimise infrastructure and platform interactions.Participate in architecture and design discussions across infrastructure domains.QualificationsRequiredExperience in software, infrastructure, or platform engineering.Proven experience building and maintaining infrastructure platforms or distributed systems.Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as OpenStack or similar.Strong understanding of system deployment, scaling, and operations across infrastructure layers.Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience operating or deploying OpenStack environments.Experience managing Kubernetes-based platforms.PreferredExperience with containerised systems and orchestration tools.Experience with authentication and access control systems such as OIDC.Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, or Thanos.Experience applying networking concepts, including, software-defined
