Job description

  • Work closely with our Domain Architect to establish and maintain an overview about the operations landscape and dependencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the performance of IT/OT tools and processes
  • Create, update, and enhance documentation to support project workflows, onboarding processes, and knowledge sharing
  • Manage incoming tickets, route them to the appropriate teams, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues
  • Assist in project management activities, including planning, organization, and progress tracking, to support the successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in the field of Information Technology, Business Information Systems or comparable (with at least twelve more months until you graduate)
  • First experience with agile methodologies like DevOps and SCRUM as well as documentation tools like confluence or draw.io
  • First experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an international environment
  • Confident in speaking and writing in English
