experience Data center infrastructure and best practices Knowledge of auxiliary DC systems (UPS, cooling, electrical distribution and balancing, monitoring) Up-to-date certifications preferred but not essential (MCP,CCNA, etc.) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) Understanding of how to manage Windows systems in Active Directory (GPOs, SecurityGroups, User- and ComputerObjects) Computer & Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL, SUSE) / Windows (Server + Client) Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Horizon etc.) Technical support experience Automation Technologies such as Ansible and Jenkins Fluency in German and English (verbal and written) are mandatory.
