Job description

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others as applicable), including user management, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Design and implement workflows, validation rules, custom reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Manage and execute data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing data quality initiatives
  • Provide first and second-level Salesforce support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Work with external Salesforce consultants and vendors when required
  • Train new and existing users on Salesforce features and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • You have at least two years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment.
  • You have a solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model and core platform capabilities.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way.
  • You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, which enables You to collaborate effectively with international and local teams.
  • You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • You are willing and able to commute to our Hamburg office at least two days per week.
