Imagine being a catalyst for change in a global and diverse team that values your development. You will translate business requirements into a clear implementation roadmap for Siemens Energy's future Employee Experience platform, ServiceNow. Your focus will be on defining global principles, product strategy, and standards for our Document Management Solution, Content and Knowledge Management solution, and the HR Service Delivery module of ServiceNow. You will lead the global implementation of ServiceNow as part of Siemens Energy's HR transformation project, collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure success., * Play a major role in our global HR transformation project as part of a wider HR transformation program.
- Collaborate with the IT ServiceNow owner to ensure best practice agile methodology is followed by all stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative working approach with various technology vendors and stakeholders.
- Apply an employee experience-first mindset to decision-making within and outside the workstream.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and implementation opportunities in alignment with the IT Service Owner, prioritizing product feature backlog and development., In this role, you will be part of the Human Resources function - HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mentality. Our team is dedicated to ensuring operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, and promoting Siemens Energy's digital transformation. Requirements
- A Master's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Long-term relevant experience in project and/or program management or product ownership.
- A convincing personality with experience managing senior stakeholder groups successfully.
- 3-5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow modules and features.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
