Job description
The Data Analyst, Dashboards & Insights is responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, client-facing dashboards that support marketing decision-making throughout the EMEA region.
This role is dashboard-centric. The primary focus is to design, develop, and evolve reporting experiences that allow clients and internal teams to clearly understand performance across channels, markets, and objectives without requiring deep analytical interpretation.
The ideal candidate understands how marketing data flows between platforms (ad platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, and data pipelines) and can translate that data into scalable, standardized dashboards aligned with regional and client-specific KPIs. This position works closely with strategists and senior analytics leaders, but is not expected to define strategy independently. The emphasis is on execution quality, clarity, and the reliability of visualization panels., * Report to a Manager or Senior Manager within the Data, Analytics & Insights team.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards for EMEA clients across multiple marketing channels and markets.
- Translate measurement frameworks and KPI definitions into clear dashboard designs and visualizations.
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Content, and Strategy teams to ensure dashboards reflect how performance is evaluated in practice.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including advertising platforms, web analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Ensure dashboards areaccurate, efficient, scalable, and user-friendly for non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform QA (quality assurance) and validation of data sources, calculations, and visual outputs.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards as client requirements, markets, or platforms evolve.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and regional insights using the existing dashboard infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development of standardized dashboard templates and reporting conventions across the EMEA region.
- Document dashboard logic, metric definitions, and assumptions to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analytical strategists toidentifydata gaps, tracking issues, or reporting limitations.
Requirements
- You prioritize clarity, usability, and accuracy in dashboards over unnecessary complexity.
- You understand that dashboards are decision-support tools, not just data outputs.
- You are comfortable working across multiple markets, time zones,and withdiverse stakeholder expectations.
- You can follow established measurement frameworks while flagging potential issues or inconsistencies.
- You are detail-oriented and methodical in the structuring, validation, and presentation of data.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or marketing analytics role.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with structured datasets.
- Experience working with multi-market or international datasets is preferred.
- Familiarity with ETL or data integration tools (e.g., Funnel.io,Supermetrics,Improvado, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to clearly document metrics, calculations, andreportinglogic.
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
