Accountable for defining and governing the enterprise and solution architecture for Mace consult business systems, ensuring alignment between technology, data and business strategy. Provides architectural leadership across core corporate functions, with a strong focus on Oracle fusion and its wider ecosystem. You'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the overall architecture, business and system processes, data and technology across all business units for their functional domains.
- Understanding the business agenda and utilises expertise to create resulting architectures and capabilities that meet the strategic requirements of the business.
- Owning and delivering the target architecture, transition architectures and solution architectures for strategic programmes covering Oracle Fusion, Finance, Tax, HR, Marketing and related platforms.
- Ensuring innovations are production-ready, supportable, scalable and successfully adopted by the business.
- Acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline and accelerate core business processes.
- Collaborating closely with Business Functional Leads, the wider Architecture team, System Integrators, Support team leads and Software vendors to design solution architectures for key programmes and provide oversight for their execution.
- Mentoring other solution architects and digital team members on best practice, implementation approach and system design.
- Operating credibly with senior business stakeholders, digital leadership and corporate functions stakeholders.
Requirements

TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification (or equivalent). Oracle ERP certifications.

Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud, and wider HR and Finance ecosystems in large global enterprises.

Expertise in applying architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.

Proven ability to design target architectures, transition states and end-to-end solution architectures for large programmes.

Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and middleware technologies.

Experience governing architecture across complex, multi-system environments.
