Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to develop, manage, and optimise our Salesforce CRM platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the system is effectively configured to meet business needs, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role will act as the key point of contact for the company CRM within the business, working closely with departments to understand requirements and translate them into the Salesforce. You will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, improving user adoption, and continuously enhancing the Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform to support business operations.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making
  • Develop, Improve and run Marketing Campaigns.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the Salesforce system
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and overall CRM performance
  • Support integration of Salesforce with other business systems where required
  • Provide day-to-day support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Maintain documentation of system configuration, processes, and changes
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and implement relevant enhancements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM/system administration role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Proven experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data insights
  • Experience using Salesforce Flow (or similar automation tools) to streamline business processes
  • Good understanding of data management, data quality, and CRM best practices
  • Experience supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and providing system training/support
  • Exposure to Salesforce integrations with other business systems is desirable
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred but not essential
