Job description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Management Accountants to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will assist with the completion of month-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. You will also support various ad hoc projects to assess the accounting treatment of transactions, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing information to auditors during quarter and year-end audits, helping to maintain our high standards of financial compliance.

Our Data and Digital Analysts could be place in a number of specialist areas that support the organisation's use of data and technology. These include Data Engineering, Data & BI, Pricing, and Digital teams, each focused on delivering capability and insight within their area.
As a graduate, you will join one of these teams and gain hands-on experience of how data and digital solutions are developed, managed, and applied to support business performance, customer outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and work with data or systems
- Attention to detail, particularly when working with data, calculations, processes, or documentation
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical or data-led concepts in a simple way
- Good organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- A problem-solving mindset, with curiosity to understand how things work and how they can be improved, What we are looking for:
- Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
- Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote)
- A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis); and experience with other tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, cloud platforms, or digital products is desirable but not essential
