Job description

We are looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to support the delivery of digital transformation projects (ERP implementations such as Odoo).

This role is focused on structure, tracking, and coordination - ensuring that project data, tasks, and communication are consistently maintained and up to date.

You will work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and developers to ensure projects run smoothly and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project plans, tasks, and tickets
  • Track time entries, progress, and deadlines
  • Ensure all project updates are accurate and up to date
  • Support preparation of weekly reports and dashboards
  • Monitor helpdesk tickets and task assignments
  • Follow up with team members on task progress
  • Support documentation (meeting notes, summaries, action points)
  • Ensure consistency in project data (status, due dates, priorities)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project coordination?, * 2-3 years experience in project coordination / administration

  • Experience working in structured environments (IT, operations, delivery teams)
  • Strong organisational and tracking skills
  • Experience using tools like Excel, project systems, or ticketing tools

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to IT / ERP / software projects
  • Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar
  • Understanding of project lifecycle
