Job description
- Define and own the overall software architecture and technical roadmap
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and applications
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
- Review system designs, code, and technical decisions to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Software Architect, Development Architect, or Senior Engineering role
- Strong background in software development - C# .Net

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make high-impact technical decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
