IT Support Engineer

• Administer Microsoft Intune (policies, compliance, app deployment, Autopilot) and manage device lifecycle.
• Support mobile device management and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Maintain hybrid infrastructure across Azure and on-prem Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Assist with cloud migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support cyber security operations using tools such as Microsoft 365 Defender and Mimecast.
• Promote security best practices.
• Provide high-quality user support, managing incidents and requests via ITSM tools.
• Maintain clear documentation and user guidance.
• Support networking (firewalls, switches, wireless) and ongoing improvements.
• Contribute to a professional, service-focused IT culture.

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Strong Microsoft Intune experience (device management, compliance, security).

• Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with Azure IaaS and Windows Server (2012+).
• Understanding of cyber security tools and networking fundamentals.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
