Job description
- Transform complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights to support strategic decision making at SRGC.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and data visulisations using Power BI, TAbleau or similar tools.
- Manage a diverse range of products following an iterative, Agile and customer-focused methodology.
- Collect and analyse data from various sources including CRM
- Capture and analysing logical system requirements from several sources to both create new technical services and improve existing business applications, all designed to support customers
- Support AI driven analytics for predictive insights, enhance efficiency and assist with resource optimisation.
- Understanding the business context of key requirements and documenting where required.
- Responsibility for the products and services you develop and ensure that it delivers on the user and business needs and that is maintainable and robust.
- Liaising with IT & business change teams to embed change with business users
- Build relationships within different teams at different levels of seniority
- Facilitating requirements sessions with collaborators and technical resource in the team to produce detailed scope and requirements to allow the team to accurately develop technical solutions required to meet objectives.
Requirements
- A Degree and relevant experience.
- Working without supervision, focusing on the interactions between different parts of the business, to deliver required outcomes.
- An understanding of full project/change lifecycle, including experience working with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) would be advantageous.
