Part of Technology Data and Innovation, Compliance Technology teams are responsible for delivering solutions which will automate business workflows, improve data quality and enhance reporting for the Compliance function. Risk Assessment function as part of Operational Risk (OR) function requires to maintain and assess the risks within various risk types in the bank. The OR KD scope of work involves setting up assessment units, quantifying risk profiles, dynamically assessing risks and setting up workflows for approval. The team will be involved in creating application and tools for these functions.
The Product Manager role for the Operational Risk KD (OR KD) - Risk Assessment function, as it has been established as a program to mark the next phase of the development for operational risk framework, with a vision to drive improved efficiency and effectiveness of the framework across the Group which includes redefining end-to-end Risk Appetite process and underpin with the strategic platform and enhancing Global and US RCSA through Generative and Predictive AI., * Solution design of requirements working with domain architects, infrastructure teams, vendors and developers. Capacity and utilisation management of current infrastructure underpinning Compliance CIO domain
- Working closely with production management and release management to ensure that growth projections are adequately met with optimisation and cost efficiency
- Implementing uniform processes across the department, with high level of build & deployment automation and using bank's standard tools. Understanding the current landscape, identifying gaps and leading the closure of these gaps. This requires close working relationships with the development teams, strong coordination between various groups required
- Ensuring all SDLC and Release processes are followed and take proactive actions as and when necessary
- Ensure enough test coverage for the releases exist and the gaps are filled
- Building selenium tests from ground up and writing JUnits as necessary, * Training and development to help you excel in your career

Requirements
- Extensive experience in environment / infrastructure management and a track record of delivery in Information Technology (IT) projects
- Hands on Experience with OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands on scripting experience with shell, python, Maven
- Hands on experience with build and deployment automation and with orchestration tools eg Jenkins, Teamcity, Github
- Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously and self-motivated within set competencies in a team and fast paced environments
- Understanding of IT Governance related processes and practices
