Job description
As a Senior Product Designer in the Admin Experience team, your main focus will be working on the Admin Hub and its integrations with all our products. You'll collaborate with product management and engineering to define problem spaces, develop innovative solutions, and deliver them to our customers. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our design system., * Lead complex and high-impact product design projects that help raise the quality bar for our users - from conceptual models to UI design.
- Champion design craft and mentor other designers.
- Collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Product Management, Research, Design, Marketing, and Data Science) across our Atlassian product portfolio.
- Conduct user research using various methods and principles to gain insights into customer needs and inform design solutions.
- Contribute to our Design System by creating new components, templates, and guidelines.
Requirements
Are you passionate about solving Enterprise challenges and delivering solutions for highly technical users? Do concept maps excite you as much as improving UIs?, * 6+ years of hands-on experience in professional UX/UI product design implementing user-centered design best practices while addressing complex problems.
- Exceptional visual design skills including expertise in layout strategies, responsive design, data visualization, and motion design.
- Strong UX-design skillset encompassing designing thinking methods, user research, persona development, concept modelling, flow diagrams, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, etc.
- Proficiency in iterative design processes: constantly sketching, sharing work, validating with customers, iterating, shipping, and learning.
- Experience in conducting and applying customer research.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $161,100 - $210,325
Zone B: $145,800 - $190,350
Zone C: $134,100 - $175,075
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
