Job description
You will deliver, commercially focused analysis that directly influences digital, marketing and product decisions in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong SQL and advanced analytics capability, commercial modelling experience, and the confidence to proactively support senior stakeholders with clear, well-reasoned insight.
- You will lead ad hoc, deep dive player analysis to uncover commercial opportunities and risks.
- You will support optimisation of digital journeys and customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- You will build and evaluate commercial models for new products, features and initiatives.
- You will assess financial impact across the customer portfolio, including upside and unintended consequences.
- You will support test and learn activity through hypothesis design, measurement and interpretation.
- You will act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, challenging thinking and influencing decisions with insight.
Requirements
- Commercial analytics experience within a regulated consumer environment.
- Advanced SQL capability and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience using Python or R for segmentation, cohort analysis and advanced modelling.
- Redshift experience is beneficial.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear insight.
- Strong communication skills with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
Benefits & conditions
- Salary between £80,000 and £95,000 depending on experience
- Circa 16 percent bonus
- Hybrid working with three days per week in the Watford office
- High autonomy role with direct exposure to senior decision makers
