Data Administrator

We're looking for a high-level Administrator with strong Excel and data analysis skills to join a fast-paced operational team.

This role goes beyond basic admin - you'll be responsible for data management, reporting, and analysis, alongside handling customer queries and improving service performance.

If you're confident working with large datasets, producing reports, and spotting trends, this could be a great fit., * Manage and analyse large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel

• Produce and maintain reports to support business performance
• Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement through data analysis
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Investigate operational/service issues and implement solutions
• Monitor service levels and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners

• Advanced Excel skills (essential) - formulas, data analysis, reporting (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Strong administrative background in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems

Desirable

• Experience working with logistics, operations, or high-volume environments
