IT Lead Specialist Regulatory Product Documentation & PLM Systems
Kaiseraugst, Switzerland
The role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Regulatory Information Management System and product documentation landscape. This includes a sophisticated ecosystem of applications combining SAP-PLM capabilities, document management systems, and SAP-based customer portals. As the Animal Nutrition & Health business undergoes its carve-out, this position will be at the heart of the separation, playing a critical role in safeguarding regulatory systems, enabling smooth transitions, and actively shaping the future-state architecture of the organization.
Your key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration activities of the various systems in scope (Veeva Vault, SAP-PLM, EDM (document management system)) as per approved procedures.
- Oversight of managed services to ensure that application configuration meets business requirements and is consistent with dsm-firmenich standards.
- Provide data export or reports to systems users.
- Management of system operations in various systems in scope including: Control of system access and permissions, Perform change management activities, Liaise with users to resolve issues, Create reports based on defined requirements, Maintain system documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and/or Computer Science/IT
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Programming experience (Python, PHP)
- Regulatory and Product Lifecycle Management experience
- Documentation expertise
- Independent worker with attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities
