Job description

We are looking for a Cloud Integration & AI Engineer (SAP · Azure · GenAI).

We are open to both recently graduated talent with genuine hands-on SAP and AI experience and experienced developers who want to work on something more ambitious than classic integration projects.

You will develop modern, scalable applications and APIs that connect our SAP BTP & Cloud Integration landscape with cloud services, drive automation, and bring AI/ML capabilities into our enterprise processes. The position is based in Aarburg, Switzerland and requires regular on-site presence. Your responsibilities

  • Design and build CPI iFlows, OData/REST APIs, and event-driven integrations on SAP BTP
  • Implement Fiori Elements applications using SAPUI5, RAP, CAP and CDS Views
  • Connect Azure AI Foundry to SAP S/4HANA via SAP API Management
  • Build FastMCP servers and agentic AI pipelines that read SAP data and generate actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to Azure Databricks data pipelines and ML deployment (nice to have - we'll teach you)
  • Work Clean Core: no dirty modifications, only approved extension points and side-by-side extensions
  • Own your code: CI/CD, automated tests, documentation - the full stack, * Hands-on work with cutting-edge SAP technologies (BTP, CPI, Fiori Elements, RAP, CAP) in a modern S/4HANA landscape
  • Opportunities to explore AI/ML, LLMs, and Azure Databricks in real enterprise scenarios
  • Investment in your professional development through training, certifications (e.g. SAP BTP, Azure) and conference attendance
  • Clear focus on internal development
  • Flexible working hours
  • Easy access from railway station and highway
  • Free parking
  • At least 5 weeks holiday and 5 additional compensation days
  • Staff restaurant
  • Free coffee drinks from espresso to latte macchiato

Requirements

Real AI systems - not demos. We deploy GenAI into production SAP workflows. MCP servers connecting Azure OpenAI to SAP via OData and custom iFlows. Copilot Studio agents in Microsoft Teams that trigger BAPI write-backs through SAP CPI. Your skillset

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 - including university projects, side projects, or SAP BTP trial accounts
  • Solid understanding of REST/OData APIs and JSON, with the ability to read and debug API payloads
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript - you write code, not just configurations
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks
  • Fluent English; German is a strong plus

Nice to have:

  • Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI hands-on experience
  • Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Microsoft Teams integration
  • Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark
  • Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
