Job description
In this role, you will define, document, and embed a comprehensive Design for Reliability (DfR) framework into the product development process, establishing critical reliability gates and decision criteria that align with key product milestones. You will standardize core reliability methods across teams-ranging from RBD and FMEA to Weibull analysis and MTBF/MTTR modeling-while leading accelerated life testing programs such as HALT and HASS. Beyond process, you will act as a hands-on mentor and technical coach, building a community of practice and delivering tailored training programs to foster reliability literacy from engineering teams to executive leadership. As the central point of coordination for the reliability domain, you will manage governance by reporting KPIs to leadership, interfacing with suppliers on validation expectations, and driving the continuous evolution of our engineering playbooks based on field feedback and emerging industry trends., * Framework & Process: Define, document, and embed a Design for Reliability (DfR) framework into the product development process, establishing reliability gates and decision criteria aligned with product milestones
