Job description

  • Optimizing the use of Microsoft applications at epi
  • Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Forms

  • Setting up and supporting workflows with Power Automate

  • Supporting internal departments with their digital processes

  • AMS (Association Management System): System selection and implementation, participation in project management, as well as further development and quality assurance
  • Support in implementing an improved training interface, a forum, and a tool for collaboration within committees
  • Responsibilities include also: analysis, testing, data maintenance, documentation, process support, quality assurance of digital solutions, coordination, and project management
  • Collaboration on projects related to IT security and data protection, * A dedicated team with open communication and mutual support
  • Exciting insights into the planning and execution of IT projects

Requirements

  • You are a registered student of Business Informatics in an advanced bachelor's or master's program
  • You work carefully and in a structured manner
  • You are curious and actively contribute to achieving goals
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Experience with ERP software solutions is a plus
  • You are a team player and highly reliable

Benefits & conditions

Gehalt: 18,00€ - 22,00€ pro Stunde
