Job description
- Optimizing the use of Microsoft applications at epi

Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Forms

Setting up and supporting workflows with Power Automate
-
Supporting internal departments with their digital processes
- AMS (Association Management System): System selection and implementation, participation in project management, as well as further development and quality assurance
- Support in implementing an improved training interface, a forum, and a tool for collaboration within committees
- Responsibilities include also: analysis, testing, data maintenance, documentation, process support, quality assurance of digital solutions, coordination, and project management
- Collaboration on projects related to IT security and data protection, * A dedicated team with open communication and mutual support
- Exciting insights into the planning and execution of IT projects

Requirements
- You are a registered student of Business Informatics in an advanced bachelor's or master's program
- You work carefully and in a structured manner
- You are curious and actively contribute to achieving goals
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience with ERP software solutions is a plus
- You are a team player and highly reliable
Benefits & conditions
Gehalt: 18,00€ - 22,00€ pro Stunde
