IT Systemadministrator - Focus: IT-Support, Asset Management

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator with a focus on IT Support, Patch Management, and Asset Management to strengthen our IT team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT workplace environment. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, user and permission management, as well as the installation, maintenance, and security of hardware and software. With your customer-oriented mindset, solid technical expertise, and structured working style, you will play an important role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT services.

• Handle and resolve incoming requests in 1st and 2nd level IT support
• Efficiently process support tickets in compliance with defined SLAs using Atlassian ServiceDesk
• Install, maintain, and manage hardware and software
• Support the configuration and use of workplace IT equipment
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Ensure data security and proper access control
• Support and maintain the Teams-based telephony solution
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users to ensure effective use of IT resources

• min. 3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of internal customer needs
• Proficiency in IT asset management and inventory tracking
• Solid understanding of IT support methodologies and service-oriented workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to read and create technical documentation in English
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing
