Job description
- Manage day-to-day Tableau platform operations and site administration
- Design, interpret, troubleshoot and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports
- Analyze current BI landscape and identify gaps between legacy and future data environments
- Conduct data validation and exploration using SQL
- Provide Tableau trainings and user support to drive platform adoption
- Create clear and structured documentation for data and reporting processes
- Communicate data and reporting changes and their business impact
- Translate technical findings into business-friendly insights
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Support data analysis and problem-solving initiatives
Requirements

Join as a Tableau Developer / Data Business Analyst in the Data Visualization Competence Center. Manage Tableau platform operations, design impactful dashboards and support the transition to a new data platform by analyzing business needs and bridging gaps between legacy and future environments., * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence or related field
- 3+ years in a data, BI or business analyst role
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL
- Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and map current versus future state in data environments
- Skill in creating clear and structured documentation
- Strong communication for explaining data and reporting changes
- Experience translating technical findings into business insights
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional ability to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
