Currently they are establishing an IT Hub in Valencia to provide support to their international corporate clients.They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employeeDescription of the positionWe're looking for several 2nd level support Engineers for its global operations in Valencia.
Requirements
They will be responsible for 2nd level support specialized on Microsoft Workplace solutions.Working Experience@ Min 4 years of proven experience in 2nd level workplace support or a similar role. @ Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and End-User Support services.Soft skills@ Strong quality and service orientation, structured and independent working style. @ Enjoyment of customer contact, professional appearance, and quick comprehension. @ Team player with motivation to work in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities@ Handling and resolving 2nd-level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End-User Support). @ Prompt, accurate, and customer-oriented processing of ServiceNow tickets, including careful documentation of solutions. @ Creating and maintaining documentation for the 1st-level support team. @ Close collaboration with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations. @ The majority of support activities will be conducted in English.Languages@ Spanish: At least B2-C1.@ English: At least B2-C1.@ German is a strong plus, but not required.Job locationValencia.
