Job description
Our client, a major global player in the life sciences industry, is launching a strategic initiative to build a digital platform inspired by Pro Campus, designed to centralize and distribute scientific content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
This platform will include:
- Interactive learning tools, such as quizzes
- Advanced data-collection features to understand user interests and preferences
- Functionalities supporting upcoming medication launches
- A Version 1 release is planned for March, aligned with a product launch in the US
You will join a high-impact digital innovation team, working on transformative projects that modernize internal processes and enhance scientific engagement., As a Senior UX Designer, you will help define and craft an intuitive, user-centered platform for HCPs. You will work closely with researchers, strategists, product teams, and fellow designers to translate complex scientific and business needs into impactful user experiences., * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centric solutions
- Partner with UX researchers to deeply understand user needs and motivations
- Align with design strategists to connect user insights with business goals
- Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts clearly
- Support the team in delivering the Version 1 platform by March for an important product launch
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer, with a strong portfolio
- Experience collaborating with research, strategy, and product stakeholders
- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work onsite in Barcelona 3 days/week
