Job description
Alstom Digital Services is ensuring for the Alstom businesses and customers the build and support of a large portfolio of business solutions in several functional areas.
The IS&T Local Operations Expert reports to the IS&T Business Partner (local IT director) and is accountable for running & maintaining all services and infrastructures in the site portfolio. He/She is the main contact for all IT related topics bringing together central IT and site/country business teams, supporting the execution of centrally and locally driven projects, and ensuring local services in IT operations in La Rochelle site.
Service Management
Contribute to user satisfaction, including mitigations and improvement plans in cooperation with central teams Support IS&T scope for audit / ICQ processes (internal control questionnaire) Consolidate feedback and requirements for users and escalate to the relevant IS&T organization Qualify new local demands for digital services Help in procuring the required IT consumables & equipment
Change Management
Promote global services and solutions, ensure regular communication related to the site and beyond Accompany site users in understanding the IT offer
Team Management
Coordinate IT local operations with the involved business teams and partners Coordinate local service partner
Requirements
Transversal and technical knowledge of IT landscape (applications, hosting, local network) Capable to work in matrix organization Leadership and good communication/influencing skills Good analytical skills Priority management Pragmatic mindset; hands on attitude
