Job description
We're looking for a Marketing & Web Consultant to join our growing team - a client-facing role for someone who enjoys owning website strategy, shaping campaigns, and working closely with clients as an extension of their internal team.
The role
You'll lead day-to-day marketing delivery across a small portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on website management, content, and campaign performance. Working closely with our Associate Director and Director, you'll support strategy while taking ownership of execution and reporting. You'll act as a trusted point of contact - embedded, proactive, and commercially minded.
Working pattern
Full-Time or 4 Days per Week
Hybrid | 3 Days in the office in Chelmsford or Southend-on-Sea, Essex
What you'll be doing

Managing client websites using WordPress (Elementor)

Improving UX, performance, technical SEO updates, and conversion tracking

Creating clear, confident written content across web, email, and digital campaigns

Managing CRM activity and email marketing (primarily HubSpot)

Supporting paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn

Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and making practical recommendations
Requirements

Experience managing WordPress websites and web content

Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Solid understanding of email marketing, analytics, and CRM

Confidence working directly with clients in a consultancy or agency environment

Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple projects
