Infrastructure Analyst

We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Analyst with proven experience across Azure and Microsoft 365 (Intune & Entra) to join our IT team.

This is a technical support role, focused on resolving issues, maintaining systems, and supporting a modern hybrid environment. It's best suited to someone with solid foundational experience who is continuing to build their expertise - not someone operating at an architectural or strategic level.

Essential Experience (Applications will be screened against this)

• Experience working in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support role
• Hands-on administration of Azure (VMs, networking, identity)
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a structured, logical way
• Comfortable explaining real examples of issues you've diagnosed and resolved

Nice to Have

• Exposure to networking technologies (VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching)
• Any Cisco experience or certifications
• Scripting or automation (PowerShell)

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a technical escalation point for infrastructure issues
• Supporting Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) environments
• Troubleshooting across systems, cloud services, and basic networking
• Contributing to system stability, security, and incremental improvements

• Someone with a few years' experience in IT who has built practical, hands-on skills
• A genuine problem solver who can clearly explain their thought process
• A candidate who is keen to learn and develop, particularly in Azure and networking
