Job description
We are looking for a skilled Data & Insights Analyst to play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive regional performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
This role leads the design and development of data visualisation and insight, transforming complex datasets into clear, meaningful dashboards and reports that support both operational delivery and longer-term planning. - Supporting forecasting, predictive modelling, and business planning activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and streamlined reporting
- Supporting data governance best practice and consistency across reporting
- Producing outage and performance reporting, working closely with system operators and regional teams on a day-to-day basis
- Acting as a key point of contact for data-related queries and insight across the region
Requirements

- Knowledge of planning processes across multiple work types
- Understanding of the RIIO regulatory framework
- Experience delivering training or presentations on data and insight tools
