Senior M365 and SharePoint Consultant

What you'll do

• You'll play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for our customers.
• Leading customer engagements by analysing requirements, gathering insights, and recommending effective, scalable solutions
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert during presales activities, supporting opportunity qualification and solution design
• Designing and delivering complex Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) solutions, including migrations of sites, content, workflows, and forms
• Presenting confidently to customers, validating requirements and supporting knowledge transfer
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants within project teams
• Collaborating on larger programmes to ensure smooth handover to support teams
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Computacenter
• Staying current with emerging technologies, market trends, and Microsoft strategies

• You'll bring deep technical expertise and strong leadership capability
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory, including Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and Identity Governance & Access Management
• Strong SharePoint expertise (Online and On-Premises), including complex migration projects
• Experience designing and delivering complex, multi-technology solutions
• A graduate-level background or equivalent experience within a large organisation or the IT industry
• Relevant technical certifications or accreditations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior internal and external audiences
• The ability to lead and coordinate large, virtual technical teams, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A clear understanding of how technology solutions drive real business value
