Junior / Intermediate - Datacenter Technician

We are looking for a Data Center Technician to support the day-to-day operation of our data center. You will work with servers, networking equipment, and cabling to help keep systems running smoothly and securely., Install, rack, and cable servers and network equipment

• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement (e.g., drives, memory, power supplies)
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and removal of IT equipment
• Carry out physical checks of equipment and update inventory records
• Follow procedures for work requests, changes, and safety standards
• Support network patching and basic connectivity checks
• Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians or engineers
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe data center environment

No relevant experience necessary

• Ideally have own transport, Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on technical environment
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physical environment (lifting equipment when needed)
• Basic IT knowledge is helpful (certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus)

Shift work may be required (including nights or weekends)

• Work is based in a secure data center environment
• Team-based role with training and support provided
