Full-Stack Web Developer

At BPI, we build workflow-driven internal products that are used daily across the organization. In this role, you will design and develop real, impactful solutions - not just work through tickets - with a strong focus on the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira & Confluence) and the Microsoft platform (Microsoft 365, Azure). You will take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial idea and design through implementation and continuous improvement., * Develop full-stack applications using Java (Spring) and React

• Build custom Jira and Confluence extensions, including Atlassian Forge apps
• Design and implement workflow-based solutions in Jira (a core focus of this role)
• Integrate Atlassian tools with internal systems via REST APIs
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept through production
• Work closely with process experts and stakeholders in a collaborative environment - not a support queue

• Strong experience with Java, including Spring and REST APIs
• Solid experience with React
• Good understanding of Jira workflows and how to design solutions around them
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Confident use of Git and modern development practices
