Job description
At BPI, we build workflow-driven internal products that are used daily across the organization. In this role, you will design and develop real, impactful solutions - not just work through tickets - with a strong focus on the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira & Confluence) and the Microsoft platform (Microsoft 365, Azure). You will take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial idea and design through implementation and continuous improvement., * Develop full-stack applications using Java (Spring) and React
- Build custom Jira and Confluence extensions, including Atlassian Forge apps
- Design and implement workflow-based solutions in Jira (a core focus of this role)
- Integrate Atlassian tools with internal systems via REST APIs
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept through production
- Work closely with process experts and stakeholders in a collaborative environment - not a support queue
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java, including Spring and REST APIs
- Solid experience with React
- Good understanding of Jira workflows and how to design solutions around them
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Confident use of Git and modern development practices
- Also relevant (not required from day one)
- Node.js (e.g. for integrations or Forge apps)
- Atlassian Forge
- Jira and Confluence APIs
- PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
- Apache Tomcat
