Full Stack Engineer

• Work with a team of engineers to develop high-quality software.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle - gathering requirements, designing solutions, building new interfaces, integration with existing architectures, development, and testing code.
• Build scalable, highly available and resilient applications by utilizing the optimal cloud technologies and programming languages and frameworks that best suit your use cases.
• Design technical solutions to solve complex technical problems at scale.
• Build iteratively using agile methodologies.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience in Java & Spring Boot, building scalable, production-grade services.
• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, building responsive, maintainable frontend applications.
• Experience designing and working with event-driven architectures, ideally using Azure Event Grid or similar messaging / eventing services.
• Experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud provider.
• Strong computer science fundamentals - object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling - preferably Claude Code, applying AI-assisted development practices in day-to-day engineering work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems by leveraging experience, documentation, and available resources.
• Genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your technical skillset over time.
