Pega Developer

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega Constellation architecture and Decision Management to build scalable, modern applications., * Design and develop Pega Constellation-based applications using App Studio

• Configure case types, data models, personas, and UI components
• Architect and implement end-to-end workflows using reusable components and automation patterns
• Develop and manage integrations (REST/SOAP services, data pages)
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Modernize legacy applications from UI Kit to Constellation or build greenfield solutions
• Enforce Pega guardrails and best practices for maintainable architecture
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Use Dev Studio for advanced configurations while maintaining App Studio-first approach
• Support architectural decisions and guide junior developers

This role requires hands-on experience in App Studio-first development, with the ability to design end-to-end workflows, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality Pega solutions aligned with best practices., * 6-8 years of experience in Pega development

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation framework
• Certification preferred: CSSA / LSA (or equivalent experience)

• Expertise in:

• Case management and workflow design
• Data modeling and data pages
• Integration services (REST/SOAP)
• Pega Decision Management concepts

• Experience with:

• App Studio (primary development)
• Dev Studio (advanced rules and configurations)

• Strong understanding of:

• Experience in:

• Migrating from UI Kit to Constellation
• Building greenfield Constellation applications

• Ability to contribute to LSA-level design decisions, * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in Agile / DevOps environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Mentorship mindset with ability to guide junior developers
