Test Driven Development Lead

• Act as a technical leader, coach, and change agent, embedding Test Driven Development (TDD) practices into a team of engineers.
• Shape engineering culture and introduce TDD principles while maintaining clear organisational separation between development and testing.
• Coach the team and act as a hands-on test practitioner, personally designing, implementing, and executing project tests.
• Provide objective evidence of software quality in line with quality assurance requirements.

• Strong background in Test-Driven Development practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and executing automated tests
• Experience establishing test strategies from scratch

• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
