React Native Engineer

This is a hands-on opportunity to take an existing app and refine, stabilise and scale it through to production, with real ownership over the product and its direction., You'll focus primarily on improving and completing a React Native application, ensuring it's production-ready, performant, and delivers a seamless user experience., * Enhance, debug, and deliver a high-quality React Native (TypeScript) mobile app

• Take ownership of features from development through to release
• Improve performance, stability, and overall user experience
• Integrate the app with backend services and APIs
• Work with AWS (Lambda) to support scalable, serverless functionality
• Collaborate on ML-driven features leveraging SageMaker (Python)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices

Tech Stack

• React Native (TypeScript)
• AWS
• Lambda (serverless architecture)
• SageMaker (Python - ML integration)

• Strong experience with React Native, ideally using TypeScript
• Experience improving or taking over existing mobile applications
• Proven track record of shipping apps to production
• Solid understanding of mobile performance, debugging, and UX
• Experience integrating with APIs and cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Exposure to serverless architectures (Lambda)
• Interest in or experience with machine learning / AI integrations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
