Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Power Platform Consultant to join their IT Services team based in London, in education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering automation and digital transformation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience across a large organisation., You will work closely with stakeholders across professional services and student-facing teams to design and implement scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate and system integration., · Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

· Translate business requirements into functional and technical Power Platform solutions

· Design and build scalable workflows using Power Automate

· Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, Dataverse, and external APIs

· Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards

· Act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform

· Produce documentation, training materials, and reusable solution templates

· Support continuous improvement and optimisation of automation processes

Requirements

· Over 3 years' experience delivering enterprise process automation solutions

· Strong experience using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate

· Experience working with SharePoint, Dynamics, and Dataverse

· Ability to build solutions using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and Microsoft Graph

· Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts

· Experience working within structured delivery environments (Agile / ITIL awareness)

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desirable:

· Experience managing Power Platform via Admin Centre (cost and optimisation focus)

· Experience running workshops and gathering requirements

· Experience coaching or supporting colleagues on technical solutions

· Relevant Power Platform or RPA certifications
