We are Salix Homes, a Social Housing Provider who own and manage over 8,000 homes in Salford, and we are looking for a dynamic Performance and Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality insights, robust performance frameworks and a data-driven culture across our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading our performance and insight agenda
• Building intelligence that drives impact.
• Championing data excellence and innovation
• Driving continuous improvement
• Developing our data maturity approach.

You'll bring:

• A passion for turning data into insight and insight into action.
• Experience in developing and managing performance frameworks, dashboards and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, meaningful reports.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality and emerging technologies.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire teams and influence at all levels.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

• Annual Salary of upto £54,495 plus a salary supplement with overall remuneration of £65,000
