C# ASP.NET MVC Developer for Bespoke Business Software

We are looking for an experienced C# / ASP.NET MVC developer to work on an existing bespoke business software system.

The software is already live and includes scheduling, movements, reporting, users, roles, sites, suppliers, and other business-management functions. We need someone who can confidently work on both the front end screens and the backend/database logic.

This is not a WordPress or simple web-design job. We need somebody who understands Microsoft-based business systems and can work safely within an existing codebase.

What you'll be working on

• Improving and fixing existing screens and workflows
• Updating backend logic and controller actions
• Working with SQL Server tables, queries and data relationships
• Troubleshooting bugs and performance issues
• Making safe changes to a live bespoke operational system
• Potentially helping build out a standalone Wheelie Bin Schedule system, * WordPress
• Shopify
• pure frontend-only React work
• mobile apps only
• Python-only scripting

Trial task

• Able to understand and work with an existing database structure
