Job description

Variety in the work. Projects typically run end-to-end, then you move onto something new across sectors like fintech and healthtech.
What the role involves
- Own Flutter projects from early stages through to release.
- Set the technical direction. Make decisions on architecture, patterns and trade-offs.
- Define and implement testing across unit, widget, integration and E2E.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
- Work closely with product, design and QA to deliver well-rounded solutions.
- Contribute to how Flutter is done across the business, including standards and tooling.
- Support and mentor other engineers where needed.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Comfort owning technical decisions on production apps.
- Solid approach to testing and code quality.
- Experience with CI/CD and mobile delivery pipelines.
- Ability to solve complex problems pragmatically.
- Good understanding of performance, UX and security.
- Experience working with APIs.
