What You'll Do

• Walk through departments and challenge existing workflows
• Identify repetitive tasks and replace them with AI
• Build AI agents and automation workflows
• Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions
• Test, fail, improve - continuously
• Introduce AI into daily operations across all departments

Targeted project building

• AI purchasing assistant (supplier search & analysis)
• AI after-sales agent (handling customer emails)
• AI product development assistant, compliance checker
• AI knowledge system for all internal data

• Ambitious candidates with a proven background in building and deploying functional AI systems; while a degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, automation)
• Prompt engineering & workflow design
• Experience with APIs and automation tools, coding skills (Python or similar)
• Ability to build working prototypes quickly
• Your portfolio is required, send us links, demos, or examples of your work.
